Hello FLMOM - Glad to hear about this type of position, as I am considering the same as a WAH MOM. Do you have any new updates on your impression of this job since you started in June? Can you get the number of evaluations required in (looks like average 6 per day) in a 30 day month? Thanks for your insights! - CRV
ReplyDeleteI love the job! Leapforce has been reliable as far as payments go and I have not found it hard to meet their goals. I am not sure about lionbridge or google's listings. Good Luck to you!
ReplyDeleteLeapforce is not a great company. They rountinely disable contractors accounts, fire them, without warning. They doing this in mass firings. I suspect when they hire people it is for a certain project that may last a month or two and they know that these people will be done when that contract expires. However, they never disclose this to contractors. FYI, they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Very few companies have this terrible rating!
ReplyDeleteThey now have an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau.
DeleteI think it just depends. I have worked for them for a year with no problems at all. But I have heard of others who have been fired after two months. I still think if you need the money it is worth a shot.
ReplyDeleteHow long did it take for them to evaluate your application? I received the initial email confirming they had received my application and they would contact me once it was reviewed, but that was a month ago. How long did it take for them to send you the tests etc.?
ReplyDeleteIt can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months!
ReplyDeleteYou are an IC so they are not firing you, they are ending the contract. Leapforce is a blessing for those who get hired.
